Taj rewarded by the United Nations for its exemplary actions in favor of gender equality
Taj and its managing partner Gianmarco Monsellato, received the “Business case of action” award on March 6th 2013 at the Women’s Empowerment Principles Event. Organised by the United Nations Global Compact and UN Women, this event was an opportunity to reward five companies in the world for their exemplary actions in favour of gender equality and diversity in the workplace.

Survey – Comparative study of insolvency law in Europe
In a harsh economic environment in France and Europe, responses and philosophy of insolvency proceedings vary between European neighbors.
Taj law firm led a European comparative survey, conducted in collaboration with the legal Deloitte network, about insolvency laws in Europe. The Taj team focused on seven countries: France, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.
