Mathias Jourdan, Partner, supervises the Social Law department at Toulouse.
He advises companies in their development and the conduct of their social strategy and labour law.
He works alongside his clients both in individual labor relations and in relations with staff representatives (work organization, collective bargaining, employee savings, social protection, relations with elected officials) and all stakeholders (Labor inspection , Urssaf, etc.).
He also intervenes to defend companies before civil and criminal courts (Labor Court, Judicial Court, Court of Appeal).
His practice allows him to be recognized in particular for his expertise in:
- restructuring with or without workforce reduction (Labor & Social law)
- handling of labor disputes (prud’hommes, technical disputes: accidents at work and professional diseases, criminal labor law, Urssaf disputes)
- managing situations of crisis in companies (serious accident, strikes, risky situation - RPS).
