Pascal Seguin, Partner, assists companies on all aspects of tax law in connection with tax control activity and computerized tax audits.

Pascal assists his clients in the analysis of issues associated with electronic invoicing systems. He also provides technical and legal information in respect of the practical application of electronic invoicing systems from a tax perspective.

Pascal also provides analysis on the issues associated with electronic accounting systems, as well as technical and legal information in respect of the practical application with electronic accounting systems.
He also advises them on legal and technical issues in order to avoid legal and practical risks associated with electronic accounting systems.

Pascal also advises on legal and technical issues linked to all kinds of Tax audits procedures including searches (perquisitions), invoicing enquiries (droits d’enquête) as well as tax ruling and litigation.

Additionally, Pascal is in charge of the Tax Analytics platform, an online tool that allows any business to automatically analyze the conformity of its File of Accounting Entries (FAE) : https://taxanalytics.taj.fr

Before joining the firm in 2002, Pascal worked 17 years within the French tax administration as Inspector and Chief Inspector and within Andersen Legal
