At Taj, traineeship is a stepping stone to join us. A traineeship at Taj is an opportunity to integrate our pool of young graduates from which we identify our future professionals.

Hiring requirements

We have a strong preference for Masters 2 graduates, ideally completed with another formation (Business school, IEP, etc.) willing to carry out a 6 months traineeship and fully operational in English.

Recruitment process

Further to your application, you will meet a Manager within our offices. Following this interview, our Human Resources Department will get back to you with an answer.

You will also have the opportunity to discuss with our professionals and members of our Human Resources team at career fairs (EFB, HEDAC, IEP, Universities, etc.) and during operations where Taj is present.
