In terms of education, double degrees receive our full attention but are not compulsory. However, proficiency in English is required. Our recruitment process focuses on our future professionals’ potential for development rather than on their past experiences.

Recruitment PROCESS

Further to your application, you will meet a Manager within our offices. Following this interview, our Human Resources Department will get back to you with an answer.

You will also have the opportunity to discuss with our professionals and members of our Human Resources team at career fairs (EFB, HEDAC, IEP, Universities, etc.) and during operations where Taj is present.
